A 65″ TV, books, a selection of games & high-speed WiFi is available throughout the whole of the property, the outdoor patio area and the hot tub. Fuel, power, and starter pack for wood-burning stove included in rent – further logs can be purchased locally. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Highchair and travel cot available. Off-road parking for 3 cars. Patio with furniture, barbecue and a hot tub with built-in light and music functionality (£50.00 fee per week) please request this at the time of booking. Shared lawn (not enclosed). Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop 2.1 miles, pub 1.6 miles. Note: The bedroom with the en-suite is on the same level as the living area, the other two bedrooms are a few steps down from the open-plan living space.
