A modern, homely semi-detached barn conversion located on the grounds of a working riding school and livery yard between the tranquil villages of East Norton and Hallaton in Leicestershire. The back garden presents an enclosed paved area with surrounding gravel, the perfect place to watch the sunset with a glass of wine. Less than two miles away is the picturesque village of Hallaton. Listed in The Sunday Times ten Best Villages in Britain, Hallaton has two good pubs and a popular tea room. Just a short drive from East Norton is the traditional town of Uppingham, offering multiple days out including galleries, tea rooms and a weekly Friday market.
