The House
Study / Library room – Overlooking the side of the house this lovely cosy room is an ideal space for reading or doing some remote working. Includes a desk and seating and has the added benefit of doors opening onto a peaceful outside private courtyard space.
Downstairs cloakroom – with basin and W/C.
Open plan kitchen, dining / breakfast room, lounge – this large stylish open plan area offers a wonderful social hub for your guests to spend time together and is a superb entertainment space.
The kitchen – overlooks the garden to the rear of the house. It is vibrant and well stocked with toaster, kettle, coffee machine as well as integrated appliances and American style fridge freezer. The breakfast bar island has seating for 2 guests. Bi-fold doors from here open out onto the raised decking seating area
The dining area – also overlooks the garden to the rear and seats 6-8 guests. The perfect spot for social gatherings.
The lounge area – has comfortable sofa seating, and wall mounted tv with cinema style surround sound. Door leads into the study/library room.
Utility room – located off the inner hallway it benefits from a washing machine, tumble dryer and sink.
First Floor
Master super king bedroom with en suite – overlooking the rear garden the master-bedroom suite is a thing of absolute beauty with super king-size bed, stylish decor and a walk-in wardrobe/dressing room that is a haven in itself. The en suite has a very luxurious feel with a bath, walk-in shower, basin and W/C.
Double bedroom – overlooking the front and side aspects of the house with a double bed and built in wardrobes.
