The small village of Lower Ashton lies within the pretty Teign Valley on the eastern edge of Dartmoor National Park. Approached along a tree lined valley road, crossing an ancient Spara Bridge the village is home to the Manor Inn, popular for its excellent food and local ales. Just a short stroll from the pub is Teign View, a detached bungalow comprising a comfortable lounge, a bright, cheerful kitchen/diner with views over the pretty garden and two attractive bedrooms. Steps lead down to the patio and a fully enclosed garden. The magical waterfalls, lakes and ancient woodlands of Canonteign Falls are just two miles away and the Teign Valley Golf Course is within one mile. South Devon’s bustling resorts and beautiful beaches are just a short drive away.
