There are three bedrooms in the cottage offering a choice of sleeping arrangements for your group needs, consisting of a master bedroom with king sized bed, a second bedroom with double bed, and a final twin room with two single beds, each bedroom offering a stylish interior in which to rest. Begin the day with a soak in the bath before pouring yourself a warming cup of coffee and stepping out into the garden; being fully enclosed, it makes an ideal spot for children to play, with a fine decked area with loungers and table and chairs for total relaxation for the adults. Stratton is a small, historic market town established in Roman times of fine Georgian houses and thatched cottages. The property benefits from two excellent pubs within walking distance, with the Kings Arms located just across the road from the cottage and The Tree Inn just a 2 minute walk, both serving fine local ales and home cooked food, perfect after a great day out exploring the many wonders of the local area, with general stores scattered about too so you can pick up any fresh ingredients for your homemade meals. With Bude so close by and a choice of beaches to suit all the family, this is the ideal location for the perfect beach holiday! At the end of the day though, being able to return to the tranquil surroundings of such a wonderful relaxing thatched cottage will surely make Thatchings an ideal choice for a coastal holiday whatever time of year.
