Two further double rooms on the first floor share a shower room where you can catch a glimpse of the sea over the rooftops.The sunny enclosed garden gently slopes to a patio with garden furniture and a barbecue. There is plenty of room for children to play and a separate seating area providing an ideal space for everyone to unwind. A games room will provide entertainment for all with a pool table, table tennis, table football and darts. There is ample parking available so you can forget about the car. Stroll into town along the promenade towards the famous Victorian pier. The sandy beach is on your doorstep and there is a little café overlooking the sea where you can enjoy teas and light lunches. Teignmouth is a wonderful family friendly resort with a children’s play park in the town and plenty of restaurants and pubs for dining out.
