The Cottage is within proximity to a range of amenities, including a local shop to ease your self-catered stay and the Willett Arms which is a local pub with a rustic setting serving pub fare and ales, perfect for an evening out. Wimborne itself offers a great choice of coffee shops, restaurants, pubs, independent shops and a supermarket, and both Chinese and Indian takeaways can be found close by. The coastal town of Bournemouth with its stunning stretches of golden sands is under ten miles away and is an idyllic setting for a day in the sun; visit Oceanarium with a variety of marine ecosystems, underwater tunnels and feeding sessions or have fun at Bournemouth Pier Amusements which is full of arcade games. Thrill seekers can zip wire over the pier or visit RockReef which houses a rock-climbing wall, ropes course and cave themed tunnels.
