Attached to the owner’s home, you have the advantage of a large, shared lawn for children and pets to play, with garden furniture for alfresco dining and sunshine coffees. Park in the driveway and enter into the hallway, with a ground-floor, well-appointed double bedroom with access to the garden and an ensuite shower room. Stairs lead up to the first floor, where you will find the second double bedroom. Here, the sea views get even better and the ensuite with Jacuzzi bath makes a great way to start the day. On the top floor, the well-equipped kitchen is perfect for whipping up a light meal in the morning to be enjoyed at the breakfast bar for two.
