This two-bedroom abode for four guests has accommodation over three floors, perfect for families and couples seeking a retreat within easy reach of Cornish coastal adventures. Attached to the owner’s home, you have the advantage of a large, shared lawn for children and pets to play, with garden furniture for alfresco dining and sunshine coffees. Park in the driveway and enter into the hallway, with a ground-floor, well-appointed double bedroom with access to the garden and an ensuite shower room. Stairs lead up to the first floor, where you will find the second double bedroom. Here, the sea views get even better and the ensuite with Jacuzzi bath makes a great way to start the day. On the top floor, the well-equipped kitchen is perfect for whipping up a light meal in the morning to be enjoyed at the breakfast bar for two. The sitting/dining room captures the best ocean vista, with a balcony overlooking the large garden and sea beyond, an idyllic spot for a tipple. Recline on the plush sofas and come together around the social dining table with good food and reminisce over the fun adventures of the day. Venture into the village of Flushing, where you will find a village shop, Harbour House Flushing, and The Royal Standard pub for refreshment and hearty Cornish fayre. The pretty beach is the perfect spot for some water sports. Take a leisure boat trip or a stroll along the waterside, before stopping off at the charismatic 19th-century parish village of Mylor Churchtown, a lovely location for lunch. Venture into the nearby market town of Penryn, which has independent boutiques and popular café culture. Falmouth is a vibrant port resort with galleries, museums, restaurants, parks, and local attractions, where you can experience the Maritime Museum, historic Pendennis Castle, and the Falmouth Art Gallery, or enjoy a delicious cream tea or pasty overlooking the harbour.
