Welcome to our recently refurbished 4/5 berth caravan. It is situated on the lovely, quiet Gap caravan site in East Runton, just outside Cromer.
It is situated just a 5-minute walk to the village and to the beach.
The caravan is located on a generous sized plot and has a lovely sea view as can be seen in the photos.
The village of East Runton has 2 pubs, a club with entertainment, a fish and chip shop, newsagent, general store, and a butchers shop.
Our caravan has 2 bedrooms, 1 double & another with twin single beds. Both bedrooms have built-in wardrobes. There is also another pull-out bed in the sitting room. Duvets and pillows are provided, but bed linen, towels, and tea towels will need to be brought with you for the number of guests staying (maximum 5).
Our Lounge area has a spacious seating area with a gas fire, 32 inch LED TV with Freeview, and a DVD player.
The kitchen area has a Cooker, under-counter Fridge Freezer, Microwave, Kettle, toaster, Saucepans, and all utensils.
Parking is free next to the caravan, where there is lots of room to relax outside
There is also an outside storage box with 4 fold up chairs, some deckchairs and some beach games for your use during your holiday.
Gas & Electric are included in the price.
We only cater for weekly lets, from Saturday to Saturday.
There is WIFI covering the site. This is supplied by a separate company and can be purchased by the day/week etc. Full details are in the information pack in the caravan.
The site has a coin operated laundrette with two washing machines and one dryer.
