    The Granary is an extremely attractive barn conversion – the ideal base for couples or families looking for a peaceful property in the heart of the South Devon countryside, with or without a dog! South Down Farm is situated in a quiet, secluded spot, within easy reach of Salcombe and Kingsbridge which are three and five miles away respectively. The village of Malborough, with its pubs, small shop and post office, is just a 2-3 minute drive.

    The property boasts a spacious living room offering elevated views over the central courtyard across to neighbouring countryside, plus a lounge area with comfortable seating, a dining table and chairs, as well as a Smart TV with Netflix, a DVD player and a collection DVDs, games and jigsaws, perfect for keeping the children (and adults!) entertained.
