    Weymouth 1.6 miles. The Nightingale is a beautifully-presented, semi-detached house located in the heart of Weymouth, in Dorset. Perched on the edge of Dorset Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and overlooking the coast of Weymouth Bay, this property is ideal for families and friends looking for a sunny, seaside holiday. Make your way into a homey sitting room, complete with plush sofas and a Smart TV for you to spend your evening in front of. Moving further into the property, you’ll find a kitchen/diner well equipped with everything you need to make your favourite meals and breakfasts which you can either enjoy around the dining table or around the outdoor table in the pristinely-landscaped garden. Come back inside when it starts to get cold and warm up under the hot spray of the walk-in shower then head to bed in a soft double bed. You’ll find so much to do in the seaside town of Weymouth with its endless supply of eateries like the Old Rooms Inn, an inviting pub with a waterfront terrace, The Cactus Tea Rooms where you can tuck into a lovely afternoon tea, and The Crusty Cob where you’ll be able to pick up fresh pastries and bread for breakfast. Visit Nothe Fort, an open museum in a Victorian fort, walk up Weymouth Stone Pier to take breathtaking pictures of the bay, then end the day by cooling down in the water at Weymouth Beach. Drive up to Dorchester where you’ll be spoilt for choice of museums with The Dinosaur Museum, Dorset Teddy Bear Museum with its collection of life-size and antique teddies, Dorset Museum and Art Gallery, and more. Head to Dorset Falconry Park with its displays of over 100 birds of prey, and end the day with a stroll and picnic through Borough Gardens. Then make your way to Bovington village to see over 250 animals at Monkey World – Ape Rescue Centre, walk through the five stunning, landscaped acres of the Walled Garden and stop for some tea at the patio cafĂ©, and history-lovers will enjoy a trip to The Tank Museum boasting the world’s finest collections of tanks and interactive activities. The Nightingale offers something for everyone.
