    Sleeping four, plus an infant, it’s perfect for a romantic or family escape to the Cornish coast.
    A spacious open plan living area with a stunning seaside setting, framed by floor to ceiling windows and a Juliette balcony, which lets in natural light in, allows you to cook, dine or relax with Porthminster Beach, St Ive’s harbour and the Island as your backdrop, the outside beauty is mirrored inside with shell themed wallpaper and shell shaped mirror, throw open the balcony doors and breathe in the fresh sea air, curl up on the comfy sofa, large enough to seat five, soak up the sea views, alternatively enjoy the entertainment on the 43” large television.
    The kitchen/diner is positioned within the open plan living space, to the rear, ideal for the designated chef to easily socialise with guests, an oak dining table with chairs to comfortably seat six, is perfectly positioned in front of a large bay window, with mesmerising sea views, so you can dine in, with the ocean as a backdrop, the German designer kitchen is a chef’s delight, with Nolte units, top of the range Meile appliances and a AEG Washer/dryer, providing everything you need for your holiday.
    There is a choice of two comfortable bedrooms, both located on the top floor, the master king sized room enjoys stunning sea, beach and harbour views, direct from your bed, through two floor to ceiling glass doors, which open to a Juliette balcony, throw them open and drift off to the sound of the waves, the second is set as a twin as standard, the two single beds can be arranged as a super-king zip and link bed on request, this room is located to the rear, with views over the golf course, each room is well presented, with timber heated flooring and sumptuously dressed beds, and offer ample storage space.
    The family bathroom is on the first floor and conveniently situated between the bedrooms, enjoy a refreshing rainfall shower after a busy day on the beach, an additional cloakroom with a WC is located on the ground floor.
    St Ives is a foodies favourite making dining out a pleasure, many restaurants and cafes are dotted around its picturesque harbour and some have been awarded a Michelin Plate, like the one set right on the nearest beach, Porthminster Beach café, has a mouth-watering menu for lunch and dinner with views as spectacular as the food, the towns pretty cobbled streets are filled with boutiques and galleries showcasing local art, to see how the towns inspired many famous works visit the Tate St Ives and the Barbara Hepworth Museum and Sculpture Garden.
    A relaxing but exhilarating way to tour the surrounding area is to jump aboard the scenic railway, it runs beside the beaches with breath-taking views all the way, stop at Carbis Bay, this secluded beach is a slice of paradise with azure waters lapping onto its golden shores, a healthy option is to venture out along the cliffside South West Coast Path, which follows a similar route to the train and gives you a real chance to experience Cornwall’s wild fauna, flora, and wildlife.
    The little one will love the feeding the animals at Paradise Park, near Hayle, or visiting Newquay Zoo, for a little romance try catching a show at the open air theatre, near Land’s End, the Minack is dramatically cut out of the edge of a Cornish cliff, or watch the sun set over the majestic St Michaels Mount, a castle set on its own island, near Penzance, which you can walk out to at low tide, Cornwall has many glorious gardens to discover including Trebah, a sub-tropical paradise with a stunning coastal backdrop, near Falmouth, Heligan, recently discovered and lost to the brambles of time since WW1 and the Eden Project with its exciting walkway suspended above the canopy of a tropical rain forest, both near St Austell.
    The Pearl, as the name suggests, offers something rather unique and priceless, with its stunning views of not only the beach but St Ives harbour too and once discovered we think you’ll find it a treasure.
