Tucked away in the heart of the North Cornish Coast, The Alley presents stunning rural panoramas and holds a prime position, conveniently situated between the sandy stretches of Portreath Beach and Porthtowan Beach. This single-storey cottage offers great proximity to the St Agnes Heritage Coast, St Ives, and Truro ensuring effortless access to some of the counties most popular destinations. Unwind in the open-plan living space of the cottage, adorned with cosy seating and smart television. The dining area comfortably caters to six guests, while the fully equipped kitchen features an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, and washing machine. The additional island seating area enhances the kitchen's functionality. The Alley offers three comfortable bedrooms, the first bedroom features a double bed with an en-suite shower room, the second bedroom has a double bed, and the third bedroom showcases twin single beds that can be rearranged into a king-size bed upon request. The cottage features a family bathroom complete with a bathtub, a shower cubicle, a wash basin, and a WC. Outside, you will find a private south-facing patio area with outdoor seating, finished with a hot tub, adding that extra touch of luxury. The perfect spot to relax and take in the rolling green hills. The North Coast Cottages are ideal for families with young children, with a children’s play area on site.
