Located in the rural village of East Rudham, The Hogg is a large detached property with the wow factor. A perfect escape for a family or group of friends wanting a spacious, well-equipped and stylish retreat, this hideaway features a table tennis table, football goal and a pétanque court. Situated not far from fabulous beaches, you are also only a short drive to the stately home of Houghton Hall and gardens, Sandringham estate, and many great golf courses. The Hogg is perfectly positioned in spacious grounds close to the centre of the sought-after village of East Rudham. The house is full of character and each of the rooms has been beautifully furnished with superb attention to detail with designer fabrics and delightful art. On the ground floor guests will enjoy a large kitchen/dining room that is perfect for entertaining, two sitting rooms, one with a cosy wood burning stove, a small study and utility areas. On the first floor the master bedroom has a dressing area and en-suite shower room. There are three further double bedrooms, one twin, a family bathroom and an additional shower room. The large garden is enclosed and dog friendly so bring your dog with you. This is the perfect place to while away a sunny afternoon, with a courtyard and barbecue area, table tennis, football goal and a pétanque court. This property really is a home-from-home, less than a five minute walk from the village pub, The Crown, which serves fabulous food, a renowned farm shop and a tea room. The Hogg is also available to book with the addition of an annexe, to make a sleeps 12 option: The Hogg and Apple Store. Additional Information: Two well-behaved dogs welcome (small additional charge). Travel cot and high chair provided. Pillows and duvets are synthetic and feather. Out of courtesy and respect for our neighbours we ask that no noise is made outside after 11pm – this is a peaceful area and they wish to keep it that way! Thank you.
