    More Information

This lovely ground floor apartment is located in the owners’ detached home, situated in a quiet residential cul-de-sac less than a mile from the delightful village of Rhos-on-Sea, on the picturesque coastline of North Wales. The apartment is an ideal base for couples and families, with the benefit of being on the ground floor. The accommodation is spacious, comfortable and homely, decorated to a good standard throughout. With a warming flame-effect gas fire, the sitting room is a cosy place to relax after a busy day and settle down to watch a good film on the large flat-screen TV. The room also has a dining area where you can enjoy dinner as you discuss the day’s excursions and the kitchen is well equipped with a central island, where you can enjoy a morning coffee whilst planning the day ahead. The two bedrooms are well appointed and comfortable, including a main bedroom with a king-size bed so you can be sure of a good night’s sleep. Outside this lovely apartment is a paved patio area with furniture, parking and a garage which is perfect to secure bikes, kayaks and other watersports equipment. The village of Rhos-on-Sea is nearby, with its array of shops, pubs and restaurants, as well as a superb beach that is ideal for bathing. You can take a stroll along the main promenade whilst watching the seaside activities and boats in the harbour, or stop and visit one of the many shops and cafes along the front. Enthusiastic walkers can explore Conwy Mountain or climb Mount Snowdon, a short drive away. Llandudno is also each to reach in the car, where you can take the cable car or the Great Orme Tramway to the summit of the Great Orme, and maybe enjoy a picnic at the top whilst admiring the superb views which stretch for miles. Slightly further afield is the town of Conwy, a designated World Heritage Site. A true medieval gem, Conwy is dominated by a splendid castle and completely enclosed by its well-preserved town walls. With so much to see and do in this wonderful portion of Wales, Treetops is ideally located to visit at any time of year with friends and family!
