In an enviable elevated position overlooking beautiful St Ives Bay and big sandy beaches that stretch round to iconic St Ives resort, Treleigh makes a wonderful coastal retreat. This modern and well-presented detached bungalow nestles down a private lane in Hayle, with plentiful off-street parking and a rear garden set against a stunning ocean backdrop. The accommodation is all on one level, with four comfy bedrooms and an open-plan living room with modern kitchen with all the mod cons, dining area for a foody get-together and sofas and chairs for relaxation. Patio doors offer big sea views and lead into the rear enclosed garden with paved area and lawn for children to play and garden furniture for sunshine dining and weather watching across the seascape. There are two double bedrooms, a twin bedroom and bunk beds – space for the whole family to rest and play. The shower room is contemporary and there is an additional separate WC. At the front, there is a generous driveway for four cars. Treleigh is paces from the beautiful golden sands of this much-loved location. Walk to the beach within a 5-minute stroll for a fun-filled day of surf lessons or swimming. Ramble the dunes and coast path at Gwithian with views across to Godrevy lighthouse, or seek refreshment in the beach cafes dotted along the way. The shop is just a stroll away from Treleigh – handy for provisions. Hayle town is within one mile with good choice of supermarkets, restaurants, inns and fish and chips! Nature lovers can explore Hayle estuary, or visit local Paradise Park for extra wildlife. There are attractions close by including cycling, golf, and go karting, or enjoy the simple pleasures of rock-pooling and building the perfect sandcastle. Picturesque St Ives is a must-see location, with galleries, dinky harbour and cobbled lanes for a good peruse. Marazion overlooks majestic St Michaels Mount, so venture across the causeway at low tide or bop across on the little ferry boat to this castle topped semi-isle. With so many ventures on the doorstep, Treleigh is ideal for family and friends seeking a homely haven beside the sea.
