A cottage with immense character and a warm welcoming country appeal, with traditional features such as beamed ceiling and sash window located near the seaside town of Padstow. Outside the cottage nestles down a private lane partly shared with the owners, set in enclosed secluded, peaceful grounds where there is space for children to play and plenty of parking for cars boat and trailer. Close to Padstow and the Camel Trail in a parish which boasts seven bays for seven days, a superb choice of wide coves where surfers hang out and golden bucket and spade beaches with hidden rock pools for family fun stretch out along the magnificent untamed shores of Constantine, Harlyn, Trevone, Padstow and Damar Bays. Three miles from much loved Padstow, renowned for its busy harbour, celebrated seafood restaurants and May Day Obby Oss festival, coastal walks, watersports, cycle trails and prestigious golf courses are all close by.
