More information

Turnstones is a detached split-level holiday bungalow set in an elevated position overlooking Daymer Bay and the estuary, for ease of access, it is best to get to Turnstones via the Greenaway to avoid the bumpy lane from Daymer Lane side. Perfectly suited to a large family sleeping six guests in three bedrooms with three bathrooms. This self – catering holiday bungalow has a traditional feel inside with lots of glass and windows inviting the outside in. The accommodation consists of a king sized bedroom and two twin bedded rooms. The downstairs has an open plan kitchen with dining area which is bright and welcoming. There is a separate spacious sitting room and a utility room plus a laundry area. There is plenty of space on the lawned garden for fun and games and a useful raised terrace. At the rear is a secluded patio, an ideal spot for a sun worshipper to relax with the papers or a good book. The lovely Daymer bay is sheltered by sand dunes and the clear calm waters are gentle and safe for the very young and old.. The rocky cove of Greenaway is also just a walk away and is a haven for shell seekers and perhaps a spot of crabbing or shrimping in one of the many rock pools to be found there on a low tide. The endless coastal paths are to be found just below the property and could guide you along the estuary towards Rock or in the opposite direction towards the waves and cliffs at Polzeath.
