Ty Llywd is a lovely, bright and welcoming holiday cottage in a fantastic location in the coastal village of Trearddur Bay on Anglesey. If you love being active, there are watersport opportunities galore. There are also sandy beaches to explore and, for walkers, the Anglesey coastal path is a must.
Ty Llwyd is ideal for a family seaside holiday, as it is only a two minute walk to the beautiful beaches and rocky coves. The Seacroft pub is opposite, and local shops and places to eat and drink, including The Stores and The Sea Shanty, are within very easy walking distance.
The house is tastefully decorated and furnished and offers lovely sea views, with two spacious light sitting rooms. One has two sofas set around a woodburning stove, which makes this a holiday cottage for all seasons! The other sitting room has two sofas and a decorative fireplace. Both sitting rooms have a smart TVs, and there are games and toys for entertainment.
There is a large open plan Kitchen, with bright dining and conservatory areas. The kitchen is well equipped with a fridge freezer, Washing Machine, dishwasher and large electric oven with gas hob.
Ty Llywd has a brilliant decking area where you can sit and enjoy your morning breakfast before a happy day ahead. It has its own private self contained garden, with lawn and rocky outcrops surrounding the house. The owner welcomes well behaved dogs, but please note the wall surrounding the
garden is low in places.
Downstairs you will find two bedrooms; one small double room with a wash basin, and a small bunk room with full-size bunks. On the ground floor there is a shower room with walk in shower, wash basin and loo.
Upstairs has a large twin room, and master bedroom with a king-size bed, sofa and armchair. The family bathroom on this floor has a bath, wash basin, and loo.
There is parking on the drive for two cars, Ty Llwyd is a brilliant base by the beach for a happy family holiday, whether it’s spring, summer, autumn, or winter!
