Ty Nant is a holiday house in one of the most breathtaking locations on the coast of Anglesey. The owner has put so much thought into the finish of this house and it really shows – you won’t be disappointed if you choose Ty Nant for your family holiday! Inside is chic and contemporary with touches of luxury and the care extends out into the garden where the children can have oodles of fun on the ground trampoline. Boasting incredible sea views, majestic sunsets, and a beautiful location with wildlife and walks on your doorstep, you are sure to take home many happy holiday memories.
The large kitchen and dining space is bright and cheerful. The kitchen makes self catering easy because it’s equipped with a double oven, induction hob, fridge / freezer, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, coffee maker and Smart TV. The washing machine and dryer are in a separate utility room.
There is a dining table and chairs for family mealtimes. The sitting area has ever-so-comfy sofas and chairs, a wall mounted Smart TV, and French windows which provide access to the terrace.
An additional snug area is adjacent to the dining room and has a sofa and TV.
Each bedroom has a TV with free sat and duck down feather toppers and duvet quilts.
On the ground floor is a double bedroom with en suite wet room with shower, loo, wash hand basin and heated towel rail. There is also an additional loo and wash hand basin on the ground floor.
The rest of the bedrooms are on the first floor. They consist of a room with super king bed and a further king sized bedroom. Both have en suite shower rooms with shower, loo, wash hand basin and heated towel rail.
Lastly, there’s a twin bedroom with zip and link beds that can be made up as a king by prior request.
The family bathroom has a bath with hand held shower attachment, loo, wash hand basin and heated towel rail.
The outside space is equally impressive! Ty Nant is set in 1/3 of an acre and has an enclosed garden space that includes a patio, gravel area, barbecue, and natural lawn with ground trampoline. Just imagine sitting out here with a cuppa in the morning planning the day ahead, or a glass of wine reflecting on the happy day you’ve had. Utter bliss! There is also parking available.
From Ty Nant you can walk to South Stack Lighthouse and if you’re feeling adventurous you can scale the 400 steps down the cliffs (and back!). There is an abundance of different birds to spot as this is an RSPB Reserve area. A short drive will find you on a sandy beach, somewhere great to eat, or at a supermarket to pick up essentials. Porthdafarch Beach is a firm favourite due to its safe swimming. Walks, activities and vistas await you at this family holiday house ideal for your next adventure in North Wales!
