Utopia is directly fronting onto the beautiful Blue Flag Sandbanks beach with private access. Situated on the third floor (access via stairs). The entrance hall leads to a large, open plan lounge and dining area with patio doors which lead to a balcony with those stunning, panoramic views. The master king size suite has a walk in wardrobe, an en-suite shower room and balcony. There are 4 bedrooms composed of two kings and two bunk rooms.
