A further double room at this level has a Super king size bed. At lower ground floor there are two en suite bedrooms, one with super-King size bed and private waterside terrace with seating, and the other with a super king-size bed. A small family bathroom is located adjacent to the double bedroom at ground floor level, where there is also a utility room on this floor. There is also allocated parking for one car.
