There is a bridle path from the Barn to a popular local Inn, just one of a number in the area. Much of the stunning North Devon coastline around Combe Martin is owned by the National Trust, providing ample opportunities for walking the South West Coast Path. There is a pretty sandy beach and plenty of shops that are geared towards the holidaymaker in Combe Martin, and there are many attractions in the area for families including Lynton & Lynmouth Cliff Railway, Exmoor Zoo and the Exmoor Owl & Hawk Centre.
