Explore the stunning Axe Estuary and Wetlands, abundant with bird and wildlife, or why not visit the unique Seaton Tramway. The mile long beach is perfect for watersports with sailing, windsurfing and paddle-boarding permanent features in the bay. The picturesque fishing village of Beer, just a five minutes drive, is host to the famous Pecorama and Quarry Caves and self-drive motor boats can be hired from the beach. With the seaside resorts of Lyme Regis and Sidmouth within 15 minutes by car this property is a great base for discovering this recognised Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty (AONB).
