Ideally located for exploring the beautiful South coast of Cornwall, this immaculate barn conversion is situated on the rural edge of the old market town of St Austell, just a short walk from the town centre. Beautifully furnished and set in perfectly manicured grounds the barn exudes character and style. The bright living room/diner offers superb views out over the surrounding countryside and the well equipped kitchen has everything you’ll need. A ground floor king size bedroom with ensuite bathroom is the perfect spot to retire to at the end of the day. Just a short stroll from the barn is St Austell town centre, offering a multi-screen cinema and a host of bars and restaurants offering something for everyone. When it comes to a day out, you really are spoilt for choice with the unmissable Eden Project and the Lost Gardens of Heligan, the old character village and working port of Charlestown (of Poldark fame) as well as the traditional fishing village of Mevagissey all within a short drive and well worth a visit.
