    More Information

The views of the Bay from the sitting room in this fabulous detached property are breathtaking, and can be enjoyed at all times of the year with the luxury of full central heating and a log burner. The sitting room has a dining table at one end with a large open glass serving hatch to enable the chef to marvel at the views at the same time as cooking in the well equipped kitchen. There is a double, a twin and a family bathroom on the living floor. A real bonus is that there is a further double bedroom with a modern shower room and further sitting area downstairs, which has it’s own access to the patio and garden. Off road parking for one car is a real treat in Mousehole, and yet the property is within easy walking distance of the village amenities and harbour. The Old Coastguard At Christmas it is the focal point for the famous Mousehole Christmas Lights when the village is illuminated by over 7,000 bulbs. Mousehole is an ideal location from which to explore the Lands End peninsula; walk the south west coast path, surf the waves at Sennen, learn to sail in Marazion or explore the old tin mines perched dramatically on the cliffs below Pendeen. The white sands of Porthcurno, Porthgwarra, Sennen and St Ives should satisfy beach goers whilst garden lovers will be kept happy with a trip to Trengwainton, famous for the early spring blooms of rhododendrons and camellias. For an evening to remember, take a picnic, a blanket and enjoy a moonlit play the Minack Theatre, but be sure to book ahead. The glittering sea as a backdrop, is simply magical!
