    There is a nearby stream that passes the property.
    There are superb walks and cycle trails from this Llanberis cottage, which offer stunning mountain and coastal views, including those that lead to the Marchlyn Mawr Reservoir and the northern slopes of Elidir Fawr. The Llanberis Lake Railway runs alongside the banks of Llyn Padarn, whilst Llanberis itself has shops, pubs and restaurants, plus Mount Snowdon is 4 miles away by car and 2.5 miles away on foot through the lovely Padarn County Park. Other attractions in the area include the ruins of Dolbadarn Castle, Ceunant Mawr – a cascading waterfall and Caernarfon, with its wonderful castle town walls. This excellent cottage is an ideal base for exploring the Snowdonia National Park and beyond. The property is accessed via a track past the owners house and woodland garden.
