Bamburgh is close by, offering quaint independent stores, as well as an impressive castle, and beyond this you will find the fascinating Holy Island, boasting the well-known Lindisfarne Castle and Lindisfarne Priory, and here there are also many walks, a museum, and Gertrude Jekyll Gardens. Alnwick offers many eateries, museums, and the impressive Alnwick Castle, used to film Hogwarts in Harry Potter, and guests can also explore the stunning scenery of the Northumberland National Park.
