Within minutes walking distance into the pinewoods and onto the glorious sandy beach. It is approximately 3/4 mile into the picturesque harbour and town of Wells-next-the-sea. The park appeals to a wide range of holiday makers from families and couples looking for a beach holiday to those looking to explore the north Norfolk coast for walking and birdwatching.
The caravan itself sleeps 6 with accommodation comprising of 2 bedrooms. The master bedroom has a king size bed, en-suite shower room and plentiful wardrobe and drawer storage. The second bedroom had 2 single beds with wardrobe and drawer space. There is also a double sofa bed in the lounge. The bathroom features a generous walk in shower.
The kitchen is modern with built in appliances including microwave, dishwasher, full size gas cooker and integrated fridge freezer. We have equipped the kitchen with crockery, glassware and a range of pots and pans. There are also small electrical appliances such as kettle, toaster, slow cooker, food mixer and blender. A Nespresso machine and milk frother is also available for you to enjoy your favourite coffee.
A large corner sofa and two comfy chairs furnish the spacious living area along with a coal effect electric fire, perfect for those cooler evenings when the full central heating is not required. Entertainment is provided by a large flatscreen smart Sony TV complete with Freesat and DVD player. A selection of DVD’s, jigsaws and board games are also provided. We have installed a 4G router for fast and reliable WiFi for multiple devices including streaming throughout the home which is independent of pinewoods service.
Patio doors at the front of the caravan open onto a large decked area which has table, chairs, loungers and charcoal BBQ for outdoor living. There is also a lockable storage box for boots and Wellies. Car parking is available alongside the property.
