A stunning space with masses of windows and full glass sliding doors letting in fabulous levels of light.

Gorgeous kitchen with an assortment of striking dark blue wall and base units providing heaps of storage space. Kitchen appliances include an induction hob, 2 Combi ovens with built-in microwaves and a plate warmer. You will also find an under-counter fridge and freezer, as well as an additional fridge for drinks, a dishwasher and a Nespresso coffee machine with a frother.

Spacious area for dining with a solid wood table, two benches and a carver chair.

The living space on the ground floor accommodates ample comfy, easy seating with a 55" SMART television and Sonos speaker.

Ground-floor bedroom

Lovely bedroom on the ground floor with a sliding door to the outside. King-size bed. Ample storage space.

Shower room WC

Super smart shower room with WC and basin. The sizeable shower cubicle has a fixed rain head plus a handheld shower attachment.

A sweeping, wooden staircase with open treads leads up to the first floor.

First floor mezzanine

With a Juliet balcony to take in the surrounding countryside views, this fabulous space has a selection of comfy seating plus a wall-mounted SMART television.

Master bedroom

Very spacious bedroom with seating. Ample hanging and drawer space is provided. King-size bed.

Family bathroom WC

Fabulous Nordic-style family bathroom with a large, deep feature bath and separate shower cubicle. Tucked away around the corner, you will find a WC and a wash hand basin.

Children's bedroom

A super room which adjoins the master bedroom. Complete with a fun VW camper-style bunk bed (2ft6ft) and a baby changing unit.

*Please note that the bathroom and children's room lead off the master bedroom, and whilst separate, neither of these rooms has doors.

Say hello to Penn Cottage, located in the hamlet of Advent between Camelford and Port Isaac. A very spacious, brand new build property which has been completed and presented to an exceptionally high standard throughout.

This fabulous property is super comfortable, with state-of-the-art heating and insulation providing cosy accommodation all year round. The layout of Penn Cottage includes a ground-floor bedroom with a king-size bed and a shower room, WC, so ideal if you want to bring older members of the family with you on holiday.

Sleeping 4 adults and 2 children and welcoming one dog, Penn Cottage provides a terrific base from which to explore north Cornwall and beyond.

The church in Advent dates back to the 15th century and continues to provide a welcome shelter for weary walkers as well as its loyal Sunday morning congregation and is well worth a visit. Next door to Penn Cottage is Pencarrow Livery Stables, so if you want to bring your horse away with you on holiday, you can!

It's just a mile and a half into the centre of nearby Camelford, where you find a great pub, an award-winning fish and chip shop, an array of independent shops and a small supermarket.

The legendary Bodmin Moor and its magnificent tors (Brown Willy and Roughtor) are easily accessible from Camelford and are an absolute must to visit.

A little further away is the pretty village of St Teath with the church, popular pub and village cafe.

The well-known village of Port Isaac is a twenty-minute drive away and is a perfect place to while away a few hours with its stunning harbour and coastal walks. You will have seen Port Issac playing host over many years to the actors and production team of Doc Martin.

Just a 30-minute drive in either direction, and you will be dipping your toes in the sea at Bude and Polzeath beaches!

Outside

Mainly laid to lawn, there is ample outdoor space available at Penn Cottage.

Once the main driveway gates are shut, the garden is enclosed.

A patio off the ground-floor living room accommodates an outdoor corner sofa and table with a separate picnic bench and parasol for alfresco dining.

Rotary dryer provided.

Parking

Secure and private, off road parking for up to three large cars.

– This property accommodates a maximum of 4 adults and 2 children plus an infant.

– Due to a couple of areas within the garden being fairly steep, it will be necessary to supervise children and dogs when enjoying the outside space.
