If you are visiting during the warmer months, you will be delighted with the sandy beach at Skegness, where you can also visit the Seal Sanctuary and the aquarium. Woodhall Spa is home to the 617 Squadron the historic ‘bouncing bomb’ squadron from WW2 and Coningsby is home for the Battle of Britain Memorial Flight. The cottage is situated opposite Thorpe Camp Aviation Centre and the Blue Bell Inn, both haunts of the 617 Squadron and Mr Barnes Wallis the inventor of the historic Bouncing Bomb. Roselle promises a cosy retreat to a peaceful location.
