Set in historic Warfleet overlooking the Creek, this famous Grade II listed building has been a paper mill, a bakery, an outstanding brewery and, most recently, the Dartmouth Pottery. Picturesque Dartmouth is only a 10-15 minute walk from the Pottery, with stunning views of the River Dart along the way, and, in the other direction, you’re only a short distance from the Dartmouth Castle and tearooms.
This luxury first floor apartment is accessed from second floor landing of The Pottery building.
