Arnold House is a beautifully contemporized cottage with 3 bedrooms, a modern and comfortable living and kitchen area with log burner, family bathroom, downstairs shower room and courtyard to the rear. This charming cottage sits on the seafront in the popular village of Beesands, with a good local pub The Cricket Inn and seafood restaurant Britannia. The village also has a large green and direct access to the South West Coast Path. This tasteful cottage, a pebbles’ throw from the beach, makes a stylish base to enjoy exploring all the area has to offer.
Beesands is a traditional fishing village and popular holiday destination, with its large stretch of beach and village green, excellent local pub and a café/seafood restaurant and a freshwater lake nature reserve and direct access to the South West Coast Path this hidden gem has so much to keep all ages entertained. Twenty minutes away is the bustling market town of Kingsbridge and thirty minutes along the scenic coastal road is the historic town of Dartmouth, both of these towns have shops, cafes, restaurants, leisure centres with indoor pools and a cinema. Nearby is the quirky village of East Prawle, with a popular pub famed in the area for the music it hosts and in the pretty village of South Pool 3 miles away the Millbrook Inn is famed for its food. If that is not enough to tempt you then come and explore the stunning South Hams from this beautiful cottage for yourself, you’ll return again and again.

This tiny fishing village has magnificent views across Start Bay towards Dartmouth’s Harbour Entrance to the NE and the iconic Start Point Lighthouse to the SE. Its pebble beach is a sanctuary for anglers, while walkers are drawn to its winding coastal paths. The Cricket Inn, Beesands' village pub, prides itself on a first class menu served only a stone’s throw away from the ever-changing shore.
A newer addition to the Beesands menu is the delicious fresh food served up at the Britannia @ The Beach seafood shack, also located on the beach front and serving great food day and night.
Local tourist attractions include the Start Point Lighthouse, Slapton Ley Nature Reserve and the lost village of Hallsands. The bustling market towns of Kingsbridge and Dartmouth are only a short driving distance away, while local shops can be found in the neighbouring villages of Torcross and Chillington.
