Broad Larch is a three bedroom holiday lodge surrounded by mature trees and located the quieter section of Fallbarrow Park but still with the clubhouse and park facilities only being a short distance away. Beautifully furnished, the owners have spared no expense to make it a wonderful home from home. Step into the open plan living space with fully equipped built in kitchen and dining area with plenty of room for you to gather around the table over a family meal. The adjoining living room offers ample seating with a four seater corner sofa and separate two seater sofa. The patio doors lead out onto your own private decking where there is outside seating for six people, the perfect place for an evening meal alfresco! The master bedroom features a king size bed and en suite shower room with a corner thermostatic shower, hand basin and toilet, the second bedroom features a double bed and the third has a set of twin beds making this the ideal lodge for groups of families or friends, in addition to the en-suite there is a further house bathroom with with over bath thermostatic shower and screen so you can have a blissful soak after a day on the fells, hand basin and toilet
Fallbarrow Park sits on the eastern short of Lake Windermere, in a picturesque woodland setting with views panning across the lake and up to the fells all around. The popular and vibrant village of Bowness-on-Windermere is 0.2 miles walk away – you can be there in under 10 minutes! From Bowness Pier you can start an unforgettable day out on the water with Windermere Lake Cruises or rent a canoe or a motorboat. Bowness is home to many shops, bars and restaurants too. Fallbarrow has on site bar, restaurant shop, and deli should you wish to stay local to your lodge. There’s a children’s play area, beer garden, picnic area and woodland walks. Further afield, drive up to Windermere village – two miles away, or the bustling market town of Ambleside four miles away. You are only 4 miles from Troutbeck village at the foot of the Kirkstone Pass which winds its way up over the high fells and then down to Ullswater.
