Bedroom 1
A double bedroom with a 4ft6 bed, built-in wardrobes, and sea views.
Bedroom 2
On the far side is a light and airy bedroom with a King-size bed, dual aspect windows, one of which is a patio door leading to a sunny decked terrace with a table and chairs to enjoy the views across the glorious sea and coastline.
April 2026 – New King-size bed replacing the existing double in bedroom 2. Bedroom 1, which was the twin room, will have a 4ft6 double. Photos to follow, but please call the office if you have any questions.

Kitchen
To the right of the hall a door leads through to a smartly fitted kitchen with New England style units and a breakfast bar with high stools. Kitchen appliances include dishwasher, fridge, freezer, electric hob and oven, microwave, and washing machine.
Living Room / Dining Room
From the breakfast area, two steps lead down to a bright and sunny living room with Panoramic views of the sea and St. Michael's Mount from five large windows. On one side, there is comfortable seating with a wood-burning stove, television, stripped wood flooring, and an exposed granite wall. A pine dining table with seating for 4 is located on the other side of the living room. A patio door from the living room leads out to a decking area so you can sit and have a nice cold drink in the sunshine, enjoying the views.
Heating
This property is heated via electric wall-mounted heating in the kitchen and the bedrooms, with a wood-burning stove in the living room.

With uninterrupted views of the sea across Mounts Bay to the Lizard, this light and comfortable property is the entire upper level of a detached house set back from the road leading into the picturesque fishing village of Mousehole, only 200 yards from the harbour and local amenities.
The village is less than five minutes walk with a selection of small shops, restaurants and pubs and directly opposite the cottage is a public footpath with steps leading down to the rockpools below with a stoney beach and children's sea water bathing pool revealed at low tide.
Newlyn and Marazion are only a short drive and can be reached by hoppa bus if preferred, and Penzance, 3 miles, is the gateway to the Isles of Scilly
Carveth has a small balcony with a balustrade off the lounge and an additional larger balcony off the king bedroom both with glorious sea views.
