Upon entering Dahlia, you will be greeted by the heart of the home, which is the open-plan living space. It has everything you need to gather your loved ones for a scrumptious home-cooked meal prepared in the well-equipped kitchen, which has an electric double oven and an induction hob. Share some laughs around the idyllic dining area before unwinding on the sitting area, which has sofas to sink into and a Smart TV for evening entertainment. Stepping outside, you will find an enclosed wrap-around garden decking, complete with furniture for alfresco dining when the sun is beaming down. There is also a hot tub, perfect for soaking under the stars after a day of exploring the Cornish coast. The single-storey layout boasts four beautifully presented bedrooms. The king-size bedroom, complete with a TV for your entertainment, also benefits from an en-suite, fitted with a walk-in shower, basin, heated towel rail and WC for your convenience. The second bedroom, a welcoming double, also features an en-suite with similar amenities.
