All the bed linen is 100% Egyptian cotton to aide a comfortable nights sleep. There is also a refreshing bathroom with a bath and overhead shower so you can decide how to best prepare for the day. To the exterior of Dray Cottage is a small patio area with table and chairs, ideal for your morning coffee or a cold beverage on a sunny afternoon. Parking is found in a nearby car park, situated 60 yards from the cottage with the cost of the weekly pass being paid for by the owner. Regarded as ‘The Gateway to the Yorkshire Dales’, it’s no surprise that Skipton has become a popular spot amongst holidaymakers. Enjoying a wide sweeping high street, this historic town offers something for everyone; history buffs can explore the iconic Norman castle, whilst those looking to get their fix of shopping will enjoy browsing the independent businesses lining the high street, and there are also plenty of pubs and restaurants to take your pick from. Avid walkers will be in awe of the surrounding area; enjoy scenic walks along the canal, delve into the open countryside with walks around Sharp Haw, Flasby Fell or simply enjoy a stroll in Skipton Woods, located at the back of the castle. With easy accessibility to the Yorkshire Dales and all it has to offer this is the perfect location for a break away.
