    Foxrock is in an elevated position between Bowness and Windermere.

    Step through a hallway, with space for outdoor gear, into the spacious lounge with comfortable corner sofa and large Smart TV. Beyond the lounge, a sun room provides additional space for relaxing. Families and groups of friends will enjoy preparing meals together in the well-equipped open plan kitchen / diner with bi-fold doors opening onto a sun terrace. On the ground floor you’ll find two comfortable bedrooms, a double and a twin. Upstairs there is a further double bedroom with lovely views onto the local fells. A spacious family bathroom with bath and walk in shower complements the bedrooms. Head down to the basement for a convenient utility room, cosy games room and additional shower room.
    Al fresco dining can be enjoyed on two patios to the tranquil sounds of a pretty stream running by. Parents are advised to remain vigilant of children near the stream. Parking is also provided.
    Located between the popular villages of Bowness and Windermere, there are plenty of cafes, shops, restaurants and bars on your doorstep. A ten minute stroll will take you to the shores of Lake Windermere where you can catch a traditional Lakeland ‘Steamer’ to Ambleside to explore all that this beautiful area has to offer. A fifteen minute drive from the property will take you to Rydal Water and the famous Rydal caves or continue to the picturesque village of Grasmere, once home to the famous poet William Wordsworth.
