The large entrance hall leads to the spacious living room and kitchen with panoramic views, comfortable sofas and an inviting dining area. The patio doors open out onto a large balcony —the perfect spot to sit and watch the world go by. There are 3 bedrooms, one bathroom with a separate shower cubicle and an additional shower room. It should be noted that this particular flat is only one of two flats in the block that have a kitchen at the front of the property, meaning you have spectacular views of the harbour entrance from both there and the lounge.
