There is also a kettle, toaster, Nespresso coffee machine and juicer. The lovely breakfast bar with stool seating under the window is a lovely spot to enjoy the harbour views

The real pièce de résistance of the property is the “Vista Lounge” on the second floor accessed by a spiral staircase. Here you will experience jaw-dropping dual aspect sea views – a vantage point to enjoy the beauty & activity all around you. With views of the Isle of Wight & Old Harry Rocks on one side and Brownsea Island on the other, there is truly no better place to watch the sunrise and sunset.

Having earned a reputation as the UK’s answer to Palm Springs, Sandbanks is a small peninsula of land that juts out into Poole Harbour. The golden stretch of Sandbanks Beach runs the length of the peninsula and beyond, offering safe areas for swimming, barbecues and a beautiful spot to watch the sun rise and fall.
A holiday in Sandbanks offers something for everyone with endless coastal walks, interesting day trips, great restaurants and lovely safe beaches for both kids, dogs and grown-ups to play.
If water sports are your thing, then both the harbour side and bay provide a playground for sailors, paddle boarders and boat enthusiasts.
