The house offers four spacious bedrooms, comfortably sleeping 8 guests with the option to accommodate up to 16 people thanks to the Maxima House twin murphy bunk beds in each bedroom. These clever bunks can be made up to sleep either one or two additional guests per room, allowing the layout to be tailored to suit your group's needs perfectly. There are two en-suite bedrooms, a family shower room serving the remaining two bedrooms and an additional ground floor shower room ensuring plenty of space and convenience for everyone.
On arrival, you are welcomed into an elegant entrance hallway with an impressive staircase leading to the first floor landing. Double doors open into a beautiful lounge containing three comfortable sofas, a feature gas fire, large TV and patio doors that lead out to the garden – the perfect space to relax after a day out exploring. The heart of the home is the large open-plan kitchen, dining room and snug area, designed for socialising and family living. The spacious well-equipped kitchen makes catering easy, while the dining table seats up to 8 guests. Having earned a reputation as the UK’s answer to Palm Springs, Sandbanks is a small peninsula of land that juts out into Poole Harbour. The golden stretch of Sandbanks Beach runs the length of the peninsula and beyond, offering safe areas for swimming, barbecues and a beautiful spot to watch the sun rise and fall.
