Our family caravan is a prestige graded 3 bedroom (6 berth) with full gas central heating and double glazing throughout. The Caravan is situated 2 minute walk from the fantastic black rock sands beach and coastal walks. It is also only a short walk to the main facilities comprising of the brand new for 2021, Marina bar, restaurant, swimming pool, splash zone, arcades, adventure golf and a well stocked shop.
In the lounge there is a 32″ TV/DVD with Freeview, free standing large comfortable L shaped sofa and a electric fire. Unlimited mobile WiFi will also be available upon request.
The kitchen comes fully equipped with microwave, toaster, kettle, gas cooker with hob, oven and separate grill, fridge freezer, pots, pans etc.
There is a double bedroom and two twin rooms with storage in each room. You will need to bring your own towels and bedding – duvets and pillows are provided.
The shower room consists of a toilet, wash basin, shower, radiator and storage cabinet. There is also a en-suite toilet room with wash basin off the main bedroom. Bath mats will be provided.
The caravan is located on a spacious pitch with tarmacked parking bay. The caravan also includes decking to the front and side. Outdoor dining furniture a table and two chairs on the front decking and a glass topped table with eight seats on the side decking.
Entertainment passes are not included in the price and can be purchased on arrival at the main reception.
3, 4 and 7 nights stay available.
A deposit of £50 is required to secure your booking. The balance is payable 6 weeks before your arrival, together with a refundable breakage bond of £100 which will be refunded when the keys are returned and the caravan checked for damage. Deposits will only be returned if the booking is cancelled before the 6 week cut off.
