Nestled attractively at the foot of Catbells and Causey Pike, it is within striking distance of some of the finest peaks in the Lake District. Easier walking, through the wonderful Newlands valley is also on the doorstep. It is three and a half miles to the bustling market town of Keswick and is well placed to tour this wonderful part of the world by car. Ideal for a family or two couples. Walk into your lovely dual aspect, sitting room and your eyes will be drawn to the delightful, deeply set bay window. Admire the original ceiling beams, multi-fuel stove and comfortable suite before taking three steps up to your kitchen with dining area. This is also a dual aspect room with natural light pouring through the windows, giving the room a cheerful and welcoming ambience. Go back inside and climb the stairs to find three good-sized and comfortable bedrooms: a double bedroom with king size bed, a double bedroom, and a twin bedroom. A modern family bathroom has a bath with a separate shower. For an energetic day visit the Newlands Adventure Centre to try your hand at rock climbing, canoeing, ghyll scrambling or archery.
