A sun room sits at the front of the house, with the washing machine found in here along with seating. Gather together in the large sitting room for a family film night, with three large sofas to spread out on and another Smart TV, and you can cosy up in front of the real flame gas fire. Discover the wonderful dining room next, perfect for a special occasion, with a seat for all twelve guests, high ceilings and a large window, it has an elegant aura in here. Socialise in the morning around the breakfast table in the kitchen, home to a range of appliances for your convenience including a huge American-style fridge/freezer and a dishwasher.
