More information

Ismay Lounge Apartment- Titanic Interest is a beautiful, dog-friendly apartment resting near a beach in Waterloo, Merseyside. With a gas-fire and ample off-road parking with EV charging available, Ismay Lounge Apartment – Titanic Interest is an idyllic base for history buffs and two dutiful dogs on a city escape in Merseyside. The apartment was originally built in 1860 for Mr Thomas Henry Ismay founder of the Oceanic Steam Navigation Company, more commonly known as the White Star Line. His son, Bruce Ismay, lived at the house until he was 13. He eventually took over the running of the White Star line when his father retired. After commissioning the build of RMS Titanic in 1912, he came to international attention as the highest-ranking White Star official to survive the sinking of the ship, for which he was subject to severe criticism. Step back in time into this gorgeous abode. Toast your well-trekked toes by the gas-fire in the living/diner, then whip up a scrumptious supper in the kitchen/diner with help from an oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge, and toaster. Dig in at a spacious dining table or, when the sun is too good to resist, why not dine alfresco on the patio? Freshen up in an en-suite bathroom or sleek shower room. Settle into the evening with your favourite film on the Smart TV, before retreating to a king-size or lower-ground-floor king-size bed, both equipped with Smart TVs, eager to embrace you to sleep. Choose the Ismay Lounge Apartment – Titanic Interest and enjoy a wonderful historic escape to Liverpool. Note: This property can be booked with refs. 1131239 and 1130925, together sleeping up to 11 guest
