This beautiful barn conversion is only a short distance from the coastal town of Dartmouth, where there is a stunning harbour offering views of the boats bobbing in the sunshine and the ocean beyond. Here you will find tasty eateries ideal for a family meal out, as well as independent shops and a convenience store so you can stock up on essentials and Park and Ride facilities are also close by. Take scenic walks along the River Dart, or enjoy countryside trails through the rolling hills, or there is the option to spend a day at one of the glorious sandy beaches, ideal for watersports, wild swimming and picnicking with a backdrop of the ocean and the salty air.
