    Enjoying an endearing position within the historical and seaside resort of Harlech is Min Y Coed, a charming mid-terrace cottage resting just a short walk away from the beach and 13th century castle. This cosy cottage has been transformed into a superb holiday accommodation to provide you and your loved ones a relaxing space to call home as you explore this part of North Wales. Enter into the open-plan living room and look forward to resting those post-walk soles upon the sofa, which is perfectly positioned for enjoying the warmth of the woodburning stove. The traditional charm of the exposed stone fireplace reveal complements the stylish kitchen suite, where you will find everything you could possibly need to cater for yourself. Here, you will also find a washer/dryer tucked away and a shower room, complete with a walk-in shower, basin and WC. At the end of each day, look forward to catching your rest within one of the two bedrooms, comprising of a double bedroom and a single bedroom. To the exterior, there is a small walled patio area, where table and chairs offer an alternative spot for dining during the summer months, a great opportunity for watching the world go by. From the doorstep of the cottage, a plethora of amenities awaits, including a selection of shop and eateries, as well as the imposing 13th century castle, where the rugged peaks of Eryri (Snowdonia) rise as a backdrop. Families can look forward to spending the day by the seaside, whilst others can visit the famous Royal St David’s Golf Club. The enchanting Italianate-style village of Portmeirion is just a stone’s throw away, where you can enjoy its architectural heritage, its stunning setting and sub-tropical gardens, before enjoying a fine dining experience at the award-winning Art Deco restaurant or sampling authentic Italian style gelateria. The delightful seaside of Barmouth is also well-worth a visit and for the avid rambler, the Eryri (Snowdonia) National Park awaits, with the peaks of Foel Penolau, Rhinog Fawr and Moel Hebog located close by. Other local attractions include Coed y Brenin Forest Park, Llechwedd with underground mine tours and Gelert’s Grave, which is the tombstone dedicated to the faithful hound of a medieval prince.
