Set in the leafy village of Canford Cliffs, just along from Sandbanks Peninsula, this gorgeous five-bedroom house sits beautifully in a tranquil location within walking distance of the village high street. Just a short stroll away you will find a wonderful bakery, delicatessen, a pizzeria and three gastro pubs all offering a great selection of dishes for the family to enjoy, together with a nail bar, hair dressers and places offering various beauty treatments. Walking access to so many amenities means you can abandon your car and fully embrace the outside like Compton Acres one of the finest privately owned gardens set over 10 acres boasting 3000 species of plants, with café & tea rooms, gift store and plant centre.
Nautiques was designed and built by the existing owner and spans over three floors offering accommodation for up to 10 guests in 5 lovely bedrooms. (occasional 12 with 4 sharing one bedroom ie perfect for children) The house is set behind electric gates and once through the door, the house opens up into a wonderful, open plan area with feature windows and a large private garden providing the perfect spot for breakfast or an evening aperitif after a day on the beach. The bedrooms are arranged over the first and second floors of the house and there is also a second living area with a sun terrace which is ideal for some of the guests to break away or for a fun film evening.
To the rear of the house is a private garden with patio and lawn areas and ornamental planting. Outside seating and table. A BBQ is provided for guest use.
