There is a games barn adjacent, complete with table tennis table and swing ball, and a fantastic tree swing hanging from a beautiful old oak tree. Located just half a mile down a winding single track lane so within walking distance to the village of Churchstow, allows you to visit the popular 13th century Inn, post office or village store. Jump on a bus to explore or a short drive can take you to the glorious sandy beaches of Bantham, Thurlestone and Bigbury on Sea, and only 20 minutes away is the stunning scenery of Dartmoor.
Nuckwell Cottage is perfectly situated to provide the perfect base for couples and families to enjoy all the South Hams has to offer.
Outside
The cottage is surrounded by lawns, fields and orchards, with a barbecue area and low stone walls perfect to sit on. Garden furniture and barbecue provided. A stream runs beyond the orchard.

Ample space for parking adjacent to the property.
