Bedroom 3
Open tread stairs lead directly from the sitting/dining room up to the spacious, gallery-style, open plan master bedroom with a 5ft king-size bed and a small en-suite shower room, W.C. with hand basin. A large window makes it possible to enjoy the view without getting out of bed, and a glazed door opens to a roof terrace overlooking St Just Creek with a glass balustrade. Televisions are also provided within the master bedroom.
Heating
This property is heated via night storage heating from October half term till Easter, please request if needed outside of these times.

Tucked away on a private road just two miles north of the charming harbourside village of St Mawes, this detached, double-glazed retreat offers stunning views and a wonderfully peaceful setting, perfect for a relaxing coastal escape.
Just a five-minute drive brings you to Rosevine Beach, where vast stretches of flat sand are revealed at low tide, ideal for seaside strolls, picnics, and family days out. Nearby St Mawes boasts two lovely beaches flanking its harbour, along with a selection of inviting shops, cosy pubs, and excellent restaurants. From here, you can hop on a passenger ferry to Falmouth or explore the historic 16th-century St Mawes Castle.
For those who love the outdoors, the nearby coastal footpath leads you to a truly magical spot, a picturesque church nestled within lush, semi-tropical gardens, overlooking the tranquil waters of St Just Pool.
The garden is bounded bv a waist high stone wall and although the grass itself is level the sloping site gives a considerable drop on one side of the wall – not for adventurous toddlers.

The pace of life slows here, especially during the long lazy days of summer, and this, combined with some exceptional places to eat, watersports and attractions makes it a fabulous holiday destination for all ages.
Bordered by the Fal Estuary on one side and the Atlantic Ocean on the other, you're never far from the water during a holiday on the Roseland Peninsula. Feel re-energised and enjoy the dramatic coastal scenery and wildlife on a cliff top walk or run along the South West Coast Path, or relax on one of the area’s fantastic beaches including Porthcurnick Beach, with it’s famous cafe The Hidden Hut, the stunning wide open stretches of sand at Pendower and Carne or the pretty twin coves at St Anthony’s Head. Hire a paddleboard, kayak or small boat from St Mawes or enjoy the simple pleasures of a chilled bottle of wine and some delicious local seafood in one of the many waterside pubs.
There are some lovely villages to discover including pretty Portscatho with its narrow streets filled with inviting pubs and cafes, whitewashed cottages, gift shops and galleries or the picture postcard fishing village of Portloe. At St Just in Roseland you’ll find the 13th century church set in a unique waterside semi tropical setting described by John Betjeman as ‘the most beautiful churchyard on earth’. Or spend a day wandering around St Mawes, the largest of the villages on the peninsula sitting proudly at the mouth of the Percuil River protected by St Mawes Castle built by Henry 8th. Here you’ll find not only a choice of watersports but also independent shops, cafes and restaurants, the tropical paradise that is Lamorran Gardens and ferries to Falmouth.
